Online Registration Process Summary
Fill Out the Registration Form
- Complete the form with your personal details, including full name, date of birth, nationality, place of birth, gender, and marital status.
- Upload a passport photo or a document proving you have obtained one.
- Select your identity type (National ID, Passport, or Driving Permit), provide the identity card number and expiry date, and upload pictures of your identity card.
- Enter your residential address, parish, sub-county, and district.
- Provide your email address, postal address, phone number, and alternative phone number.
- Enter details for your first and second next of kin, including their relationship and phone numbers.
- Pay UGX 110,000 at any nearby Cente Agent into account number 3811200005. This amount includes an account opening fee (UGX 12,500), membership fee (UGX 17,500), one share (UGX 60,000), and initial savings (UGX 20,000). Provide your name as the depositor and upload the payment receipt.
Submit the Form
- After submitting the form, you will receive a notification via email.
- You will then receive a message confirming your registration and a saving deposit of UGX 20,000.
